Our winter opening
Wintering in this Villa means renting an accommodation for an extended period (minimum 2 months, maximum rent 5 months) in the period November till end of April.
Our prices during this period are highly reduced: 800,- euro per month excluding electricity use. Please inquire for this winter exact availability.
We offer a holiday house which is fully renovated (2022) and including:
• Fully double glassed windows
• Good functioning wooden stove
• New washing machine
• New kitchen
Things to do during winter time
Your accommodation is a 5 min drive from the beach and is perfect for long beach walks. If you prefer to walk in the mountains, the hills start right behind the villa. Longing for a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner; in wintertime some cafes and restaurants at the boulevard are open.
Other activities such as:
- explore the area by bike
- rent a boat in Pylos,
- play golf at one of the four beautiful golf courses
- visit historical sites; the old Castles, the palace of Nestor
- by car you can explore Ancient Olympia, Mystras, Sparta and Epidauros, Kalamata, Koroni.
As you can see, also in wintertime the Peloponnese is an area with many opportunities!
